<p>A local BJP leader here has triggered a controversy by declaring Rs 10 lakh cash prize for those who behead a Moulvi for his alleged anti-India remarks in Hubballi. </p>.<p>Abdul Habeeb Imam Saab, while addressing a gathering during Eid Milad function, had stated that Ganeshpet in Hubballi resembled Pakistan and there was no need to visit Pakistan to see it.</p>.<p>H G Dawoodkhan, ACP (North) and Shivanand S Chalawadi, police inpsector Hubballi town were present on the dais when Saab made the controversial statement.</p>.<p>Basavaraj Yankanji, BJP Youth Morcha General Secretary stated that he would give Rs 10 lakh cash prize for beheading Saab. </p>.<p>Yankanji justified his statement by saying that statement like beheading a person is required when an issue of nationality is involved.</p>
