As many as 282 enumerators and 48 supervisors to be deputed at Vasthare, Kasaba, Aldoor, Jagara, Lakya, Ambale, Khandya, Avati hoblis participated in the training.
The census will be held from April 15 to May 15. She said that during 2001, Chikmagalur bagged silver medal for census. She called upon the enumerators to render good service and bag gold medal this year.
