<p>Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Thursday reiterated that the BJP and the JD(S) had secretly entered into an understanding.</p>.<p>"The BJP is communal, while the JD(S) opportunist.The two parties have secret understanding," he charged.</p>.<p>The JD(S) national president H D Deve Gowda becomes upset if I mention about the JD (S)-BJP understanding. He makes baseless allegations that I was ready to join the BJP back in 2004, he charged.</p>.<p>"Where would the JD(S) be now had C M Ibrahim, me and Jarakiholi stayed back with Gowda when the Janata Dal split?" he questioned.</p>.<p>He came down heavily on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.</p>.<p>"Didn't Modi have any issues to speak about? Why did he praise Deve Gowda? Why didn't he speak about Mahadayi river issue?" Siddaramaiah questioned.</p>
