<p align="justify">The Consulate General of India (CGI) in Hamburg is in touch with the local police after an engineer from Bagalkot went missing in the port city in northern Germany.</p>.<p align="justify"><br />Consul General Madan Lal Raigar spoke to the mother of Manjunath Churi and assured her of all possible assistance in tracing her 26-year-old son, who has been pursuing his MSc at a university in Hamburg, but went missing on June 19, sources in New Delhi said.</p>.<p align="justify"><br />Raigar and other officials of the Consulate General of India in Hamburg are in touch with the local police as well as university authorities. <br /><br />The CGI is monitoring the “extensive search” being carried out by Hamburg Police with assistance from Churi's friends and the authorities of Hamburg University, sources added.<br /><br /></p>
