JD(S) stages stir against Katta

Protesters carried out a procession from the party office and later burnt the effigy near Hanumanthappa Circle. They alleged that Minister Naidu is involved in corruption. The Governor should take action against the Minister, they demanded.

JD(S) District President H H Devaraj said that the Minister has forgotten development as he is busy in earning money. Inquiry should be conducted against Minister’s wife and children too as they are also involved in corrupt practices, he added.

JD(S) Leader S L Bhojegowda said that party will intensify the protest, if Naidu was not dropped from the State Cabinet.
