<p>Belagavi: The <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/karnataka">Karnataka</a> government has declared a three-day mourning over the death of former chief minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/rip-s-m-krishna-political-leaders-mourn-towering-figure-who-left-indelible-mark-on-karnataka-india-siddaramaiah-dk-shivakumar-bjp-congress-brand-bengaluru-silicon-city-3310847">S M Krishna</a>, whose last rites will be done with full state honours. </p><p>From December 10 to 12, there won’t be any official entertainment programmes. The Tricolour on all public buildings will be flown at half-mast, according to a notification issued by the protocol wing of the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms. </p><p>Krishna’s last rites will be performed on Wednesday at his Somanahalli village in Mandya.</p>
