A monkey was found dead on the premises of DACG Polytechnic in Chikkamagaluru on Thursday, triggering the fear of Kyasanur Forest Disease (KFD) among people.
Joggers noticed the body of the monkey in the morning. RFO Shilpa said that there were no symptoms of monkey fever in the deceased monkey.
