Kannada film actor Yash on Thursday said that the party that emerges as a single largest party should form the next government in case of a hung Assembly.
He was in Hassan to campaign for the BJP and the JD(S) candidates at various Assembly segments.
"I don't think my campaign for candidates of different political parties will confuse voters," he maintained.
"For me, good candidates and those committed to the development are important. Hence, I am campaigning for them," he said.
Yash clarified that he was not campaigning for any specific political party, but for good candidates.
He said that he might contest from any Assembly segment in the state, but he had not thought about venturing into politics.
"I value an individual and humanity more than chaos and ideology," he said.
"A leader who stresses education, health, infrastructure should become the next chief minister," he said.
Caste is a reality in every field, including political field.I don't want to comment much on this, he added.
