A 16-year-old school student died after a school bus hit the two-wheeler he was riding on Bannur road in the city on Wednesday.
Nithin S Raj, an SSLC student of Vidyavikas High School, was returning home after tuition when the mishap occurred. A school bus hit the two-wheeler he was riding near Giriyabovipalaya on Bannur road.
According to Siddartha Traffic Police, Raj was not wearing a helmet and thus sustained severe head injuries and died.
