TN creating confusion in Cauvery row: Puttannaiah

Tamil Nadu Government is creating unwanted confusion regarding distribution of Cauvery river water.

CM D V Sadananda Gowda should convene an all party meeting and farmers, urged K S Puttanaiah of Rajya Raitha Sangha. Addressing a press meet here on Monday, K S Puttanaiah said, water in the dams of river Cauvery is very less in present situation. Tamil Nadu is forcing for release of water now, when there is no sufficient water for the state. If there is no rain, the problems of state will manifold with no solution.

Chief Ministers of both the states must discuss and find out solution to the problem.  If the matter should be sorted out permanently, mutual discussion has to be carried out by Governments of both States, he opined.
