Returning Officer for the election will be selected on November 8 in Bangalore at the KPCC unit. Returning Officer for the Lok Sabha, Vidhana Sabha and Gram Panchayat level will also be selected.
A person who has experience in NSUI, Yuva Congress organisation and has hold on Hindi, English and Regional languages, between the age group of 25 and 40 will be selected.
