<p>A day after an impressive roadshow with her brother and Congress president Rahul Gandhi, party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Tuesday held meetings with workers from several Lok Sabha constituencies to formulate the party's electoral strategy for the upcoming polls.</p>.<p>According to sources in the state Congress, ground-level workers and office bearers of around a dozen LS constituencies in the eastern and central region of the state held ''strategy sessions'' with Priyanka at the party headquarters in Lucknow.</p>.<p>''Priyankaji discussed the organisational matters and the issues of each constituency.... The objective is to get to know about the feelings and opinions of the grass-root-level workers,'' a state Congress leader said.</p>.<p>He said that office bearers from Sitapur, Kaushambi, Lucknow and some other LS constituencies met Priyanka, who is the in-charge of the state's eastern region. The meetings would continue on Wednesday and Thursday.</p>.<p>Congress MP Jyotiraditya Scindia, the in-charge of the western region, also held similar sessions with office bearers of several LS constituencies from his region.</p>.<p>State Congress leaders said that the grand-old party would be ''concentrating'' on ''winnable'' constituencies.</p>.<p>These were the constituencies, where the party had fared better in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.</p>.<p>Congress had won two seats in 2014 and finished runners up in six others.</p>.<p>''There are around 15 to 20 LS seats, where we stand a good chance... We need to focus on them,'' a senior state leader told DH.</p>.<p>Sources said that senior UP Congress leaders have also been asked to be ready to contest in the forthcoming polls. </p>.<p>Sources said that leaders like Jitin Prasada, R P N Singh, Sriprakash Jaiswal, P L Punia, Pradeep Mathur might be nominated from the constituencies from where they had emerged victorious in the 2009 Lok Sabha polls.</p>
