Respite for Congress leaders

Every black money hoarder named in the government dossier, including some Congress leaders, have been saved from embarrassment for the time being with the Supreme Court deciding not to make the list public.

Political circles were abuzz with names of several Congress leaders being on the list of black money stashers that was submitted by the Modi government to the Supreme Court on Wednesday. 

Congress has already distanced itself from leaders who could possibly figure on the infamous list dubbing them as “individual transgressions”. Congress also strongly defended the donations it had received from Timblo Pvt Ltd, an alleged black money account holder.
