<p>Former Prime Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/manmohan-singh">Manmohan Singh</a>, the architect of India's economic reforms, <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/former-pm-manmohan-singh-passes-away-at-92-congress-3332964">passed away</a> on Thursday night.
