<p>Hyderabad: Following Operation Sindoor, the Telangana government has sounded a high alert across the state. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy held a high-level meeting with senior government officials and announced several emergency measures.</p><p>Leaves of employees in all departments handling emergency services have been cancelled, with instructions that all staff must be ready to render services immediately. Ministers and officials have been directed to remain available and cancel any scheduled foreign trips. </p><p>The Chief Minister warned of strict action against government employees if they make any controversial statements in media or on social platforms.</p><p>A toll-free round-the-clock number will be provided for public use. The Chief Minister has also ordered police to detain Pakistan and Bangladesh nationals residing illegally in Telangana. </p><p>Officials have been instructed to stockpile blood in blood banks and ensure emergency medicines are readily available.
