Unsafe to rely on video on Kashmiri youths: PC

 
The controversial video is  being circulated in Srinagar. “It is unsafe to rely on the video,” said Chidambaram,  adding “no one is able to authenticate  the video.” The three-minute clip has been uploaded on Facebook and YouTube. The home minister said none has come up claiming responsibility.

Police said the video is an attempt to malign the security forces in the backdrop of the ongoing civil protests. “It seems to be an old video,” they said.
