Mahakumbh 2025: North Central Railway's first gaming zone to be built at Prayagraj Junction

In one of the more unique attractions for visitors to the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025, the North Central Railway (NCR) is set to establish a gaming zone at Prayagraj Junction, as per an ANI report. It is expected to be completed before the festival starts in town and it will be one of the few railway stations across India to have one.

As per reports, the gaming zone will be located at the old booking office on the Civil Lines side of the station and is expected to open by November 24, 2024. The tendering process for the project has been completed.

Meant for children to occupy themselves while their parents wait for trains, the gaming zone will feature several delights, from table soccer, pool to kids’ train rides, bike and car rides, 9D movies, basketball, car and bike racing games, a horror house, and a mirror maze.
