We modernised NDRF, expanded it across country: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 23 unveiled a hologram statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at India Gate on his 125th birth anniversary. “Earlier disaster management was handled by the agricultural department. Our government strengthened the NDRF. International agencies hailed our initiatives in the disaster management sector. We modernised NDRF, expanded it across the country,” said the PM.
