Congress will unleash its high-voltage campaign in the national capital next week with party president Rahul Gandhi holding four public meetings and Priyanka Gandhi conducting two road shows.

Rahul is slated to address two public rallies in Chandni Chowk and Okhla on Monday while the schedule for two other meetings will be decided later.

Priyanka will be holding a roadshow in Sheila Dikshit's constituency, North East Delhi on May 8 while the details of the second roadshow is being worked out, a senior Congress leader said.

The campaign managers are also working on the schedule for the campaign meetings of Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh and Punjab Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu in the national capital.

There are also plans to organise public meetings of former prime minister Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi but leaders said no such programme has been finalised so far.

BJP and AAP have shifted the gear on electioneering from Wednesday with Amit Shah and Arvind Kejriwal campaigning in the capital.

BJP cheif Amit Shah addressed a public meeting in south Delhi on Wednesday night where he attacked both Congress president Rahul Gandhi and AAP supremo Kejriwal. Kejriwal held a roadshow in Chandni Chowk on Wednesday.
