'Hope mastermind will be nabbed soon'

A day after the CBI arrested one of the shooters in the murder case of Dr Narendra Dabholkar, the family of the late rationalist has welcomed the development and hoped that the mastermind behind the killing will be nabbed soon.

Dr Dabholkar’s son Hamid and daughter Mukta, both said that the “key persons” and “mastermind” are yet to be arrested.

They also said that the murders of Dr Dabholkar, Communist leader Govind Pansare, Kannada writer Prof MM Kalburgi and journalist-activist Gauri Lankesh have a common link.

“We welcome the arrest of one of the shooters by CBI. But the key persons are yet to be nabbed. We hope the CBI is working towards it,” Hamid said.
