PIL against yatra
A PIL has been filed in the High Court against the Gaurav Yatra at government cost.
The petitioner and advocate Vibhuti Bhushan Sharma dubbed Raje's yatra illegal. "The chief minister is promoting herself and party in the yatra for which she is using public money," the petitioner said. Newspaper advertisements about the yatra make no mention of the government.
Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria had issued a statement that yatra would be funded by the BJP.
