Pankaj was one of his students. The father's training had helped Pankaj participate in state-level championships, which eventually helped him get into the military through the sports quota.</p>.<p>It was this relationship that had helped Pankaj get closer to the family of the victim. The aggreived family looks back today with shock that a person they helped achieve something has done this to them.</p>.<p>The police today produced the main accused in the case, Nishu, and two others who were arrested, on Sunday before the court, which granted a five-day police remand.</p>.<p>A mahapanchayat held on Sunday said no advocate will fight for the accused. Pankaj's sister on Monday asked him to surrender.</p>.<p>The crime was a pre-planned one, with Nishu as the mastermind. He was the one who arranged the keys to the building where the victim was gang-raped. The family of the victim has declined the government aid of Rs 2 lakh provided to them.</p>
