South western railway to run weekly special trains

Accordingly Bangalore City-Nagercoil weekly special would depart from here at 23-05 hrs on Thursdays from October 21, 2010 to Dec 23, 2010 (Total 10 Services) and arrive at Nagercoil at 14-00 hrs the next day, A South Western Railway release said.

In the return direction, Nagercoail-Bangalore Weekly Special will depart from Nagercoil at 12-45 hrs on Saturdays, from Oct 23, 2010 to Dec 25, 2010 (10 Services) and arrive at Bangalore City at 04-00 hrs the next day.

Yeshvanthpur–Trupati Tri-Weekly Super Fast Special will depart at Yeshvanthpur at 07-20 hrs on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays  from October 21, 2010 to November 30, 2010 (18 Services) and arrive at Tirupati at 13-30 hrs the same day.

In the return direction, it would depart from Tirupati at 14-50 hrs., on Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from October 21, 2010 to November 30, 2010 (18 Services) and arrive at Yeshvanthpur at 20-55 hrs., on the same day.

To clear extra rush during Puja/Winter,East Coast Railway has told SWR they have introduced Weekly Express Specials between Vishakhapatnam-Bangalore-Vishakhapatnam.
Accordingly, Vishakhapatnam-Bangalore Weekly Express Special would depart from Vishakapatnam at 9.30 hrs on Sundays from October 17, 2010 to Nov 7, 2010 (4 services) and arrive at Bangalore at 10-15 hrs. the next day.

In the return direction, Bangalore-Vishakhapatnam Weekly Express special would departs from here at 1130 hrs on Mondays from Oct 18 2010 to Nov 8, 2010 and arrive at Vishakhapatnam at 10-00 hrs, the next day
