The Bajpe police arrested three more people in connection with the attack on Bajrang Dal leader Harish Shetty, at Sooralppady near Gurpura on September 24.
With this, the number of arrested persons has increased to six.
The arrested are rowdy-sheeters Mohammed Khalid (30) of Ulaibettu, Mohammed Sharif (27) of Sooralppady and Isan (21) of Kolambe kajepadavu. The police arrested Sharif, Sifaz and Arif on October 2.
It may be recalled that bike-borne assailants had attacked and murdered Shetty while he was riding a two-wheeler on September 24.
