Since the announcement of the OnePlus 7 launch date, the company has come up with catchy ads online and on the print, across the world and also revealing key features, sparking off excitement among fans.

There are lots of speculation on OnePlus 7 series' specificaions and to provide a better perspective, DH has leafed through multiple reliable reports and listed a key attributes, which are most likely to make the final cut in the OnePlus 6T successor.

Design
One of most noticieble change one can expect in the OnePlus 7 series is the visual outlook. The predecessor comes with waterdrop notch, but its successor will have true fullview screen without any kind of obstruction, as the front camera has been moved on to the top edge. As per latest leaked images, OnePlus 7 and the 7 Pro will have mechanised pop-up cameras to take selfies and also face unlock feature.

On the back, the OnePlus 7 series is expected to come with a good blend of glass and metal to exude premium feel and for the first time, the company has confirmed that the device will in deed come with special coating that will be enable it to survive when submerged under water.

One of the key difference between the generic OnePlus 7 and the Pro version is that the former will have full HD+ display and the latter will have Quad HD+ Super AMOLED screen with 90hz display refresh rate. The company has proclaimed to have received A+ ratings for the OnePlus 7 Pro, from DisplayMate.

Processor, RAM and Storage

The company has already confirmed that OnePlus 7 and even the 7 Pro will pack Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor. Only difference is that the latter will come with additional X50 Modem, which will make the device support 5G network.

With this, OnePlus 7 Pro owners will be able to enjoy high speed Internet anywhere between 5Gbps and 10 Gbps. This means 4K resolution multimedia or HDR or high resolution contents with sizes 8GB or more can be downloaded in just seconds.

However, this feature will be limited to developed markets such as US and Europe initially, as they have setup 5G network infrastructure.
Like previous iterations, OnePlus 7 series will be offered multiple RAM+Storage configurations, 6GB/8GB/10GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage. It will run Android Pie-based OxygenOS 9.

Camera

Another big upgrade, one can expect in the new OnePlus 7 series is the photography hardware. It is said to house a feature-rich triple camera – primary 48MP + wide-angle 20MP + 5MP depth sensor and a 16MP pop-up front snapper wide-angle field of view capability. Even the OnePlus 7 Pro is likely to house similar camera.

Battery

Having incorporated 3,700mAh battery in OnePlus 6T, the company in all probability will bump up the capacity to 4,000mAh in the OnePlus 7, so that it can be on par with Samsung Galaxy S10 series. Also, word on the street is the OnePlus may borrow its sister company Oppo's VOOC charging feature that can power up the device's battery from zero to 100-percent in around 80 minutes if not less. But, it will be branded as WARP charging feature.
