KSCA wants Aus T20 date changed

The Karnataka State Cricket Association has requested the BCCI to change the date or swap the T20 International against Australia scheduled to be held at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium as it clashes with Aero Show to be held on the outskirts of the City.

The KSCA has done so at the suggestion of Bengaluru Police to ensure adequate security during the match.

The KSCA has made an official request to the BCCI and we are awaiting for the confirmation from BCCI in this regard. KSCA has also requested the BCCI to consider swapping the 27th February match with the Bengaluru match,” KSCA spokesperson Vinay Mruthyunjaya said.

Visakhapatnam is orginally scheduled to host the second final T20 match on February 27.
