With Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Sarfaraz Khan and AB de Villiers out for various duration of the league, RCB will have the envious task of lining up a balanced side for their opening game against champions Sunrisers Hyderabad here on Wednesday.

In the absence of top specialist batsmen, RCB will likely field all their all-rounders besides skipper Shane Watson. Medium pace all-rounder Stuart Binny and left-arm spinning all-rounder Pawan Negi are probable starters for the opening tie while Mandeep Singh and Kedar Jadhav will be expected to shoulder more responsibility in batting.

RCB likely 11: Shane Watson (capt), Chris Gayle, Mandeep Singh, Kedar Jadhav, Sachin Baby, N Jagadeesan (wk), Stuart Binny, Pawan Negi, Tymal Mills, Samuel Badree, S Arvind.
