Samarth, Anarghya clinch sub-junior titles

 Samarth Kurdikeri and Anarghya Manjunath emerged champions in the sub-junior boys’ and girls’ sections respectively in the Karnataka State-ranking table tennis tournament here on Saturday.

Samarth eased past Daksh Telang 11-7, 15-13, 11-4 to clinch the crown in the sub-junior boys’ final.  In the semifinals, Samarth got past Neil Golerkeri 11-3, 11-1, 8-11, 11-6
In the corresponding girls’ final, Anarghya came from behind to defeat Keerthi K 8-11, 16-14, 11-4, 11-4 to bag the title.

Anarghya earlier thumped Yashaswini G 11-9, 11-8, 9-11, 11-6 in the last four clash.
