<p>Writer K S Bhagwan suffered a heart attack on Friday and is undergoing treatment in a private hospital in the city.</p>.<p>The writer collapsed during his evening stroll near his residence in Kuvempu Nagar. Soon, he was rushed to the hospital and the doctors installed ‘pacemaker’, a device that helps control abnormal heartbeats.</p>.<p>The doctors said that Bhagwan was in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the pacemaker has been fixed as the heartbeat was low.</p>
