Bharatiya Janata Party MLC Lahar Singh Siroya, a close aide of party's state president B S Yeddyurappa, on Thursday met former prime minister and JD(S) supremo H D Deve Gowda here.
Though both of them were closetted for more than an hour, what transpired between them was not known. Gowda and Siroya refused to comment on their meeting.
Gowda also met Union Minister of State in Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Jitendra Singh. Gowda, who is Hassan MP, who was here to attend a meeting of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Defence.
