Change in train services owing to landslides

Due to landslides and flash floods in various sections of Trivandrum division, Indian Railway Palakkad division stated in media release that train services are changed as follows:

The Train No 16318 / 16788 Shri Mata Vishno Devi Katra – Tirunelveli- Kanniyakumari –Himsagar Express that left Katra on August 13 will be diverted to run via Erode, Trichchirappalli, Virudunagar, Madurai, Vanchi Maniyachi Jn, and Tirunelveli.

Train No 16603 Mangalore Central – Trivandrum Maveli Express Journey commence on August 15 is partially cancelled between Shoranur and Trivandrum and will run only up to Shoranur.

Train No 16630 Mangalore Central – Trivandrum Malabar Express Journey commence on August 15 is partially cancelled between Shoranur and Trivandrum and will run only up to Shoranur.

Train No 12081 Kannur – Trivandrum Jan Shatabdi Express journey commence on Thursday is partially cancelled between Shoranur and Trivandrum and will run only up to Shoranur.

Train No 16605 Mangalore central – Nagercoil Jn Ernad Express of Thursday is fully cancelled.
