Deputy Chief Minister G Parameshwara said on Wednesday that the Congress party would defeat Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections if he contested in any of the seats in Karnataka.
“We welcome Modi’s contest from any of the Lok Sabha constituencies in the state.
We will defeat him,” he told reporters.
