Congress legislator S T Somashekhar on Wednesday minced no words as he criticised Cabinet ministers from the party at a meeting chaired by Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Dinesh Gundu Rao.
“There were legislators who spoke affably, but once they became ministers, they don’t care a hoot about us,” Somashekhar, Yeshwantpur MLA, said at the Spoorthi conference organised by former presidents and office-bearers of the party’s Bengaluru district unit. “When we go into their chamber, the ministers don’t even look at us. This has been my experience,” Somashekhar added.
