‘Govt not serious about session’

MLA K S Eshwarappa said on Monday that the government had called the Belagavi legislature session just for the sake of it.

Eshwarappa claimed that many Congress legislators were threatening to boycott the session. He said there were many issues to be discussed like drought and drinking water problems. But the government was not ready to extend the duration of the session.

The BJP leader said Deve Gowda, Kumaraswamy and Revanna were running the government and Congress leaders were mute spectators. He claimed Revanna was interfering in the transfers of departments headed by Congress ministers.
