Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy stated that though his political rivals are leaving no stone unturned to finish him off politically, the JD(S) would win Hassan, Mandya and Tumkur Lok Sabha seats.
He was campaigning in favour of JD(S) nominee Madhu Bangarappa in Sagar on Saturday.
Kumaraswamy said that the state BJP president, B S Yeddyurappa, had visited the residence of Water Resources Minister D K Shivakumar to request him not to make diary episode into a major issue.
After knowing that the diary written by Yeddyurappa containing details of money paid to central leaders was found in the Congress leader’s residence, the BJP leader rushed to his house, he alleged.
