CM has lost mental balance: Yeddyurappa

BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa has said that Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy’s statements reveal that the latter has lost his mental balance.

Yeddyurappa told reporters at the sidelines of a rally in Byndoor on Sunday that Kumaraswamy was issuing statement that had nothing to do with the betterment of the public.

“Once, he said that he became chief minister because of Rahul Gandhi; next he declares that the voters in the coastal districts have no sense. Thus, the behaviour of the chief minister reveal that his mental balance is in turmoil. People in the state do not need a government which makes them bow their heads in shame,” he stated.

Yeddyurappa said that the Congress had destroyed the country. “Modi has been undoing the damage. AICC President Rahul Gandhi is immature and his statements reflect this,” he added.

The BJP will win more than 300 seats, he stated and predicted the defeat of H D Deve Gowda and former minister Mallikarjuna Kharge in the current elections.

The former chief minister lamented that independent candidate Sumalatha is being humiliated by the coalition parties. “BJP had supported Sumalatha unconditionally,” he added.

He also dared the chief minister to reopen the corruption cases against Yeddyurappa even prior to the announcement of elections as the coalition government would cease to exist at the end of elections.
