Prashant’s family members to head for Germany today

The family members of Prashant, who was stabbed to death in Munich, will be travelling to Germany on Tuesday.

All the formalities, including passport, insurance and sorting of documents related to their travel, have been completed.

Prashant’s mother Vinaya, Smitha’s parents Dr Chandramouli, Vidyadayini and Prashant’s family friend Ganesh will leave for Germany from Bengaluru.

Former MP Jayaprakash Hegde, who had extended a helping hand to the family, said, ''Union Minister Sushma Swaraj had swiftly responded to the family members by deputing an officer to assist the family members.''
