Prasad is in charge of Haveri dist

Co-operation Minister H S Mahadev Prasad, who is also Chamarajanagar district in-charge minister, has been given additional charge of Haveri district. The State government issued an order to this effect on Friday.

Earlier, the then minister Prakash Hukkeri was in charge of Haveri. The government didn’t entrust the responsibility of Haveri to any minister ever since Hukkeri resigned as the minister after getting elected to Parliament in May this year.
