Siddaramaiah had plans to divide communities: Ashoka

MLA R Ashoka on Saturday said that former chief minister Siddaramaiah had plans to divide other communities too.

Speaking to reporters Ashoka said Water Resources Minister D K Shivakumar has tendered an apology for his role in dividing the Veerashiva-Lingayats during the Congress rule in the state. It is now proved that Siddaramaiah had taken a unilateral decision over dividing the religion. The Congress leaders themselves have agreed that they have indulged in dividing the community.

Speaking about upcoming the byelections for the three Lok Sabha constituencies in the state, Ashoka said, the country will be Congress-free and it will start from Shivamogga.

The BJP candidates will win the bypolls with a huge margin. The validity of the coalition state government is only for few days and BJP leader B S Yeddyurappa will become chief minister again.
