Siddaramaiah's lemon shocker

A lemon in the hand of coalition coordination committee chairman Siddaramaiah surprised journalists here on Wednesday.

The scribes spotted the lemon in his hand while he was getting down from the aircraft to go for canvassing for Congress candidate Mallikarjuna Kharge.

When a journalist asked the former chief minister in this regard, he dropped the lemon into the pocket of the journalist standing beside him. When the scribe tried giving it back, Siddaramaiah told him to keep it himself.

Speaking to mediapersons, he said “someone gave it to me at the airport and I held it. I don’t believe in it," he said.
