Jog Falls roars to life

The world famous Jog Falls in Karnataka was in full glory on Tuesday after authorities opened nine out of the 11 gates of the Linganamakki Reservoir, releasing 22,000 cusecs of water. The water level in the dam is close to the full capacity of 1,817 feet.
