Motorola unveils Edge 60 Stylus in India

The new Motorola device features a built-in holster to house stylus, a digital pen. Users can take notes or draw images with generative Artificial Intelligence (gen AI) based on tools such as Sketch to Image and more.

On Tuesday (April 15), Motorola launched the new premium mid-range phone Edge 60 Stylus in India.

The Edge 60 Stylus sports a 6.7-inch full HD+ (2712 x 1220p) 10-bit pOLED display. It supports 120Hz refresh rate, up to 3000 nits peak brightness.

The display also comes with Corning's Gorilla Glass 3 shield, MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability rating and IP68 dust and water-resistant certification.

It features a single physical SIM slot (supports e-SIM), an in-display fingerprint sensor, a microSD card, a type-C port, and stereo speakers tuned with the Dolby Atmos system.

It houses a 4nm class Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 octa-core processor with Adreno 710 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 256GB UFS 2.2 storage (expandable up to 1TB), Android 15-based My UX, and a 5,000mAh battery with 68W wired charging speed and 15W wireless charging capability.

The device also boasts of dual-camera module-- main 50MP (with Sony LYT-700C sensor with f/1.88 aperture, OIS: Optical Image Stabilisation) with a 13MP (f/2.2) ultrawide camera with macro mode option and LED flash on the back. On the front, it houses a 32MP (f/2.2) camera.

The Motorola phone is confirmed to get two years of Android OS updates and five years of software security updates for protection against emerging cyber threats.

The Edge 60 Stylus comes in two PANTONE-certified colours- Surf the Web and Gibraltar Sea with a leather back. It is available in 8GB RAM + 256GB storage for Rs 22,999. For a limited time, it can be purchased for Rs 21,999 with Axis and IDFC Bank Credit Cards via EMI plans. Also, on Flipkart, customers can avail additional Rs 1,000 discount through an exchange deal.

In the Rs 20,000 - Rs 30,000 price range, the new Motorola phone will be competing against Nothing Phone (3A), Xiaoami Redmi Note 14 (review), Samsung Galaxy A26, OnePlus Nord 4 (review), Google Pixel 7a (review), and iQOO Z10 (review), among others.
