Realme launches P3 Pro 5G, P3x series in India

The latest Realme P3 Pro boasts unique glow-in-the-dark back panel. This feature is exclusive to the Nebula Glow variant.

Realme on Tuesday (February 18) launched two new 5G phones P3 Pro and P3x series in India.

The latest P3 Pro boasts unique glow-in-the-dark back panel. This feature is exclusive to the Nebula Glow variant. The company says it colourway takes inspiration from Nebulae, the cosmic dust of gas and dust in the interstellar space.

This is similar to Nothing Inc's Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition launched a few months ago in India.

The back panel of Reale P3 Pro (shown below) features celluloid texture with luminous color-changing fiber. The latter absorbs light and emit a soft green glow in dark environments. This feature is purely analogue, requiring no power source, and can last for hours before gradually fading until it recharges with light.

The device also comes in two other colours--galaxy purple and saturn brown.

Realme P3 Pro series.

The P3 Pro sports a 6.83-inch 1.5K (2800 x 1272p) curved AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate. It also features IP66/68/69 dust-and-water resistant rating.

It comes with in-display fingerprint sensor, type-c port, stereo speakers and dual-SIM slots.

The P3 Pro is powered by 4nm class 2.5Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 octa-core processor with Adreno 720 GPU, Android 15-based Realme UI 6.0, 8GB / 12GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB / 256GB (UFS 3.1) storage and a 6,000mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging capability.

It comes with dual-camera module-- main 50MP (with 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX896 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS: Optical Image Stabilisation) + 2MP depth sensor (with f/2.4) with LED flash. On the front, it houses 16MP (with Sony IMX480 sensor, f/2.45) camera.

The device is available in two configurations-- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage-- Rs 23,999, Rs 24,999 and Rs 26,999, respectively.

On the other hand, the Realme P3x series sports a 6.72-inch full HD+ (2400 × 1080p) display with 45-120Hz variable refresh rate and come with IP66/68/69 water-and-dust resistant rating.

It also features three slots (with two SIMs (nano) and a microSD), a 3.5mm audio jack, and side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Realme P3x series.

It comes with 6nm class MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor with Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, Android 15-based Realme UI 6.0 OS, 6GB / 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB / 128GB (UFS 2.2) storage( expandable up to 2TB), and 6,000mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC fast charging capability.

It also boasts of dual-camera module-- main 50MP (f/1.8) with secondary camera sensor a LED flash on the back. It also features 8MP (f/2.0) front camera.

Realme P3x comes in three colours-- Midnight Blue, Lunar Silver and Stellar Pink. It is available in two configurations-- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage-- for Rs 13,999 and Rs 14,999, respectively.
