It can support high-definition video content and 3D visuals that make games and video content more life-like. The company said that it is collaborating with major global game developers, including Nexon, for The First Berserker: Khazan to optimise this next-gen 3D technology.</p>.<p>Further, the Odyssey 3D features AI-powered video conversion, which can turn any standard content into 3D. With 165Hz refresh rate, 1ms (milli-seconds) response time, AMD FreeSync support, Odyssey 3D ensures smooth, lag-free gameplay.</p><p>The monitor also houses a built-in speaker and supports spatial audio. It costs Rs 1,27,299.</p><p>Samsung also introduced the Odyssey OLED G8. It is said to be the industry's first 4K 240Hz OLED gaming monitor. It comes in a slim metal body with Core Lighting+ and an ergonomic stand.</p><p>It boasts Samsung's proprietary Quantum Dot technology and can deliver enhanced colours, deep contrast, and superior viewing angles.</p><p>It also comes with VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400 certification. With this, the multimedia content will appear with vibrant colours even at typical brightness levels of 250 nits.</p><p>Samsung’s proprietary OLED Safeguard+ and Dynamic Cooling System extend screen longevity that effectively cools down the screen temperature to prevent burn-in by applying the Pulsating Heat Pipe to monitor, a first for gaming display to date.</p>.<p>The glare-free technology, certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), makes the screen 56 per cent less glossy for distraction-free gaming.</p><p>With 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time, the Odyssey OLED G8 ensures a smoother viewing experience eliminating lag time and motion blur for exhilarating game-play with ultra-smooth action.
