Xiaomi Pad 7 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset launched in India

Xiaomi Pad 7 will be available in three colours--graphite grey, mirage purple and sage green with prices starting at Rs 27,999, respectively.

Xiaomi on Friday (January 10) launched the new Android tablet Pad 7 series in India

The Pad 7 sports an 11.2-inch 3.2K (3200 x 2136p) display with a variable refresh rate (30-144hz), supports nano texture display option, HDR 10, AI HDR enhancement, and Dolby Vision.

It also comes with hardware-level blue light reduction, TÜV Rheinland hardware-level low blue light certification, IP52 water-and-dust resistant certification, type-C port, quad speakers and four microphones.

The latest Xiaomi tablet is powered by 4nm class Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 octa-core processor with Adreno 732 GPU, Android 15-based Xiaomi HyperOS 2, 8GB / 12GB LPDDR5X with 128GB (UFS 3.1) / 256GB (UFS 4.0) storage and an 8,850mAh battery with 45W charger.

The Pad 7 boasts of 13MP camera (with 1/3.06-inch sensor, PDAF: Phase Detection Auto Focus) with LED flash on the back and an 8MP (with 1/4-inch OV08D sensor, f/2.28) front camera.

The company offers accessories Xiaomi Focus Keyboard and Xiaomi Focus Pen. The latter comes with 8132 levels of pressure sensitivity and ultra-low latency, ideal for precise sketches and digital artwork. It supports Xiaomi Creation AI app.

The Focus Keypad features gesture-enabled touchpad, backlit keys, and adjustable angles for comfort.

Xiaomi Pad 7 Focus Keyboard costs Rs 4,999, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Cover is priced Rs 1,499, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Focus Pen will be available for Rs 5,999, and the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro Focus Keyboard is priced at Rs 8,999.

Also, the company is offering a special Pad 7 with a nano texture display, which comes with anti-glare and anti-reflection capabilities. It will be avaialble in 12GB RAM + 256GB storage-- for Rs 32,999.
