Review: DailyObjects Stack cover case for Pixel 10 Pro

Like for the iPhones, DailyObjects offers premium quality cover cases for Google's Pixel 10 series smartphones in India.

The company offers Stack series modular cases, grips, wallets, stands, and colour plates that snap together effortlessly and swap out in seconds.

I have been using the standard Stack series cover case, and here are my thoughts on the new accessory from the house of DailyObjects.

Design and build quality

Unlike the Signature Stack variant, which comes with a dotted pattern tessellation design, the standard Stack accessory flaunts a refined matte texture.

Besides carbon (black), the company offers the cover case in five other variants-- coral (orange), indigo (dark blue), slate (whitish grey) and mint (green).

It not only looks visually appealing, but also does fine job repelling the sweaty fingerprint smudges. Importantly, it offers a really good grip for the fingers to hold on to the handset firmly, and there is less of a chance of dropping the phone. Speaking of which, it can protect the device to withstand the shock from an accidental fall on a hard surface up to six feet.

On the front, it features thick raised edges around the screen. God forbid, the Pixel 10 Pro falls on a hard surface with the display facing down, it is unlikely to suffer any scratches.

On the back, too, the cover case has a raised camera bezel to safeguard the camera sensors from daily wear-and-tear.

At the bottom, the company has done a good job with precise cutouts for the stereo speakers and the Type-C USB port.

On the right, it features glossy buttons to cover the power button and volume rockers. They are tactile and very sturdy, too.

At the top, it also features a lone cutout to help the microphone pick up the audio clearly for video recording, noise cancellation during calls, and improved voice assistant detection.

Also, it is MagSafe compatible, meaning the owners do not have to remove the cover to charge the Pixel 10 Pro wirelessly.

Customisation options

Pixel 10 Pro Stack cover case boasts of a stack-and-lock mechanism at the base. It allows users to attach more accessories at the base, like a Stack flex stand (Rs 999), Stack phone lanyard (Rs 2,499) and colour slate plate to mix and match styles. The latter comes in two colours - coral (orange) and slate (grey)- for Rs 799.

At the centre, the strong magnet can be used to dock a phone grip-cum-stand, and a phone wallet, which cost Rs 1,499 and Rs 2,999, respectively.

Final thoughts

Considering the overall aspects such as build quality and options to further stylise the case with more accessories, the Stack series cover case is a smart buy for Google Pixel 10 Pro owners.
