Victory celebrations in Madikeri

The airstrike carried out by the Indian Air Force on the terror base in LoC was celebrated by BJP workers at Indira Gandhi Circle on Tuesday.

The workers raised victory slogans for Indian armed forces and burst firecrackers on the occasion.

MLC Sunil Subramani said that the Indian Air Force has given a befitting answer to the Pulwama attack. The Narendra Modi-led Central government has taken the right action at the right time. Pakistan should admit its mistake. The move by the Indian government has instilled confidence among Indian troops as well as the people of India.

Ex-serviceman Lakshman said that the airstrike by Indian troops is an act of valour. Indians will remember this day.

Soldier Dikshith Shetty said that the Indian Air Force has given a reply for the cowardly act by extremists. In a laudable move, the Indian government has given Indian troops the independence to act against the terror forces. Kashmir will be in full control of India.

Bajrang Dal activists too carried out a victory celebration at General Thimayya Circle in Madikeri.
