Kamakshi Raghavan, known to many as the Dog Lady of Jalahalli, takes care of about 110 stray dogs. Her day begins at 6 am, when she starts cooking, mixing rice with turmeric and ready-to-eat dog food. She then goes around her neighbourhood, serving food to the strays.
