Budgam encounter: Escaped LeT terrorist detained, informs Kashmir IG

Briefing on the encounter that broke out between terrorists and security forces in the Mochwa area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam in August 07, IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that a second LeT terrorist who escaped on a truck has been detained.“The second LeT terrorist had escaped on a truck. He was later arrested by police and Army. A pistol and a grenade were recovered from his possession. The truck driver has also been detained. Interrogation is underway” he said.
