No respite for commuters as fuel prices continue to surge. Petrol price in Delhi reached at Rs 98.11 per litre while the diesel price is at Rs 88.65 per litre on June 26. Petrol & diesel prices per litre were at Rs 104.22 & Rs 96.16 in Mumbai while in Kolkata the petrol & diesel prices were at Rs 97.97 & Rs 91.50 respectively. On Saturday petrol was available at Rs 99.19 & diesel was available at 93.23 in Chennai.
“We will reduce using the bikes if the petrol prices continue to hike,” a commuter said.
“BJP government is so cunning it used to raise prices on a daily basis,” another commuter said.
